How cash on delivery works

You pay for your shoes at the door. The only thing paid online beforehand is a small COD fee — and we explain exactly why below.

The simple version

  1. 1

    Choose cash on delivery

Pay for your shoes at the doorstep with cash or UPI — exactly as you would at a normal store.

  2. 2

Pay a small fee online now

When you confirm your order, we collect the COD fee online (shown clearly during checkout). It covers the delivery partner’s cost of carrying a cash-on-delivery shipment.

  3. 3

Receive and pay for your shoes

The courier arrives, you check the pair, and you pay only the product total at the door. Nothing extra is collected in hand.

Why the fee is taken up front

Doorstep refusals cost real money

When an order is refused at delivery, the courier charges us for the return trip. That cost quietly lands in the price of COD for everyone — taking it up front keeps COD affordable.

We can keep prices low

By covering the courier’s COD cost before dispatch, we avoid padding every COD order with a hidden cushion for refusals.

You’re protected till the door

You never pay the product amount until the shoes are in your hands. If they’re not right, use our 7-day returns and the product amount is refunded to you.

Returns are still straightforward

Choosing COD changes nothing about returns. If a pair doesn't fit, request a free exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Because the product amount is settled at the door, a refund on a COD order goes straight back to you once we receive the pair.
