How cash on delivery works
You pay for your shoes at the door. The only things paid online beforehand are the delivery charge and a small COD fee, and we explain exactly why below.

Pay for your shoes at the doorstep with cash or UPI, exactly as you would at a normal store.

Settle delivery and the COD fee online now
When you confirm your order we collect the delivery charge and a small cash-on-delivery fee, both shown as exact amounts during checkout before you pay. The COD fee is collected even when delivery itself is free, because carrying cash is what it covers.

Receive and pay for your shoes
The courier arrives, you check the pair, and you pay only the price of the shoes at the door. Nothing extra is collected in hand, no delivery charge, no fee.
Why those charges are taken up front
Doorstep refusals cost real money
When an order is refused at delivery, the courier charges us for the return trip as well as the trip out. That cost quietly lands in the price of COD for everyone; settling delivery and the COD fee up front keeps COD affordable.
We can keep prices low
By covering delivery and the COD fee before dispatch, we avoid padding the price of every pair with a hidden cushion for refused parcels.
You’re protected till the door
You never pay the product amount until the shoes are in your hands, you settle up at the door, once the pair is actually with you.
