Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

This policy explains what FlexFeet collects when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to flexfeet.in and to orders placed through it.

FlexFeet is a footwear retailer based in Shikohabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is the data fiduciary for the information described here.

1.What we collect

We ask for the least we need to get shoes to your door.

  • Your mobile number, to sign you in. There is no password on this site: we text you a one-time code instead, which means we never hold a password of yours to lose.
  • Delivery details, the recipient's name, mobile number, address and PIN code. You can save addresses to reuse them, and delete them yourself at any time.
  • Order records, what you bought, in which size, what you paid and how, and the delivery status.
  • Your email address, only if you subscribe to our newsletter. It is not required to buy anything.
  • Anything you send us, such as a WhatsApp message or a call about an order.

We do not ask for your date of birth, your gender, your PAN, or any government identifier, and we do not buy information about you from anyone else.

2.How we use it

  • To take, pack, and deliver your order, and to quote delivery to your PIN code.
  • To send you order updates by SMS, and to reach you if there is a problem with a delivery.
  • To let you sign in and see your own orders and saved addresses.
  • To answer your questions and handle anything that goes wrong afterwards.
  • To keep the accounts and tax records the law requires us to keep.
  • To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anybody, for any price.

3.Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, and net-banking credentials are entered on their secure checkout and never reach our servers. We could not disclose them if we were asked to, because we do not have them.

What we do receive and store is the payment reference, the amount, the method used, and whether it succeeded, which is what lets us match a payment to your order and refund it if we need to.

4.Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to complete something you asked for.

  • Our courier partners, who receive the recipient's name, phone number and address so they can deliver the parcel and call you if they cannot find the house.
  • Our payment gateway, which receives the amount and an order reference in order to take the payment.
  • Our SMS provider, which receives your mobile number in order to deliver your sign-in code and order updates.
  • Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose something, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

These providers may process your information outside your state, and in some cases outside India, under their own terms. We do not authorise any of them to use your information for their own marketing.

5.Reviews and photos

A review you write is public. The name you type on the form, your rating, your words, and any photos you attach are shown on the product page to anyone who visits it. Please do not put your phone number, address, or order number in a review, and if you want one taken down, ask us and we will remove it.

6.Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no tracking pixel, no ad network, and no third-party analytics script on any page.

What we do use your browser's own storage for:

  • A sign-in cookie, so you stay signed in between visits. It cannot be read by scripts, and signing out clears it.
  • Your shopping bag and a half-finished checkout, kept on your own device so you do not lose them or have to retype an address. They never leave your browser until you place the order.
  • Small preferences, such as light or dark mode.

7.How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. We cannot delete these on request.
  • Saved addresses, until you delete them or ask us to close your account.
  • Newsletter subscriptions, until you unsubscribe.

8.Your choices

  • See what we hold. Your orders and saved addresses are on your account pages whenever you are signed in. Ask us for anything else and we will tell you.
  • Correct it. Edit a saved address yourself, or call us if something on an order is wrong.
  • Delete it. Delete individual addresses yourself, or ask us to close your account. Order records that we must keep by law will remain, and we will tell you what those are.
  • Stop the newsletter. Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or just tell us.
  • Complain. If we have handled your information badly, write to the address below, and you may also approach the relevant authority.

9.Security

The site is served over HTTPS, sign-in uses a short-lived one-time code rather than a password, and the session token in your browser cannot be read by scripts. Access to customer records inside FlexFeet is limited to the people who need it to run orders.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

10.Children

This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian should place the order. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

11.Changes to this policy

We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12.Contact and grievances

For anything about your information, or to raise a grievance, reach our grievance officer:

We aim to acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and to resolve it within 30 days. See also our Terms of Service.
