How do I make sure I order the right size?

Every product page lists the UK sizes that pair actually comes in and shows which are in stock right now. Sizes follow standard UK/India sizing. If a pair still doesn't fit, exchanging for another size is free within 7 days.

How fast is delivery, and where do you ship?

We dispatch across India. Metro addresses typically receive orders in 2–4 working days and most other cities within 4–7. You'll get tracking by SMS and WhatsApp once your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unworn pairs in their original box can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Size exchanges are free; refunds go back to your original payment method once the pair reaches us.

Why don't I see brand names on the products?

We list our footwear by type, colour and size rather than by brand. Each product page tells you what the shoe is, what it is built for, and exactly what it costs — so you can judge the pair on the pair.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes, alongside UPI, cards and net banking. Delivery charges differ between prepaid and COD orders and are shown before you confirm.

Wholesale starts at 25 pairs. Raise an enquiry with the styles and quantities you need and our trade team responds with pricing, availability and GST-compliant invoicing — usually within one working day.
